The 22 held controls are our statement of the operative articles for an employer; the rules page lists each one.
• Australia Fair Work Act 2009 (Cth): the official consolidated compilation as held and verified, 76 controls in the AU tier (the AU rules page).
• The worked specimen: a synthetic 50-row extract for a supposed 172-worker employer, labelled SPECIMEN; no real employment data. Read it.
• What is not held: no member state's transposing law is quoted anywhere; the pages name the member state floor and leave the national law to the buyer. No penalty figure is invented: the directive leaves penalties and rates to the member state (Art 23).
