Pricing
The screen is free: every category, every figure, on the spot. The paid plans are the system of record, priced per employee band: the file for a legal entity, the programme for the whole estate.
Free
- Paste the extract, run the same-work screen
- Every flagged category, ranked by exposure, with the min, median and max
- The gender gap figures for the Art 9(1) reporting items and the quartiles
- The at-least-5-percent trigger view with the three Art 10(1) conditions
- The remediation steps, each mapped to its directive article (Art 4(4), Art 9, Art 10)
- The whole thing read in your browser; nothing uploaded until you save
The audit file
- Everything in Free
- The CSV export included
- The corrections kept: merges, marked-out groups, excluded rows with reasons
- Save the audit and come back to it; the file holds 12 saved audits (a year of monthly runs)
- The delta: re-run after remediation and see what moved against the saved run
The programme
- Everything in the audit file
- 500 saved audits, and the bigger paste band: 151 to 1,000 workers in one run
- The reporting calendar on the file: the duty row, the six-month remedy window, the annual worker notification
- The audit history across pay reviews, so the works council sees the direction, not a snapshot
- USD 29 a month equivalent, and the file that carries the burden-of-proof answer (Art 18(2))
The free screen has no row cap: every figure on the screen is free, nothing saved. The paid bands size the SAVED file: the audit file saves pastes to 150 rows, the programme 151 to 1,000 rows; the headcount field inside the tool is for the directive's duty row and is a separate number from your paste size.
One click to checkout: card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, and your account is created from the email you give there, no sign-up form and no link to wait for. The audit file is USD 39 a month; the programme is USD 349 a year. Prices in US dollars; VAT or GST added where it applies.
The paste is read in your browser; a saved audit is the only thing stored, and you can delete it yourself on your account page. Over 1,000 workers: run the screen per legal entity or department inside the one programme (one paste per entity up to the band). No employer data is needed by this page before you paste, and nothing is metered.
What do you get back, and what do you not?
Scope: the directive sets minimums; the member state's law may add duties, and this tool reads the directive, not the national law.
You get the same-work screen on your pasted titles and figures, the exposure sized per category and in total, the category gap figures the Art 9(1) report items ask for, the trigger view with the three conditions of Art 10(1), the duty row per headcount band, and every step mapped to the article. You do not get a job evaluation (work of equal value is decided on the Art 4(4) criteria by your own evaluation), and you do not get a compliance ruling.
Where the next step is
If a flagged category needs the underlying standards reading, or a consultant to close it, the estate's reading of the directive and its cross-references is on the compliance platform. This screen is the first pass; that is the step-up.
