s333K: s 333K Give the Fixed Term Contract Information Statement
A person entering into an employment contract that terminates at the end of an identifiable period gives the employee the Fixed Term Contract Information Statement before, or as soon as practicable after, the contract is entered into. Disputes about the Division go to workplace discussion, then the FWC (which may arbitrate by consent) (s 333L).
Our statement of the clause of Australia Fair Work Act 2009 (Cth), held and verified: cite it as s333K. The instrument verbatim is not quoted here; the held framework carries the reading.
